quick post from New York

Yesterday it started raining.

Looked out of the Taxi window while driving on 5th Ave.

I loved to see the water running down the window filtering my view.

Flying to New York first thing tomorrow morning!

I will be traveling light for a very short but exiting stay... All I know is that I will be staying at the Windsor Astoria together with 5 other bloggers!! 

I better start packing! I still have no idea what to bring!

Wearing; Monday March SS 2012 suit

I was so anxious to see the results of last weeks Monday March photo shoot and can't wait for the SS 2012 lookbook to come out! We still have to wait a little bit but I was lucky enough to be sent a little teaser of the shoot!

I'm wearing the set with the pink blazer (seen here) that I love so much and I have to say I love the trousers equally! This look made me feel so good, secure and beautiful and I think it somehow shows, no?

While waiting for SS 2012 we can already take a sneak into Monday March AW 2011 lookbook here.

Feature ~ Nylon Japan June

I'm featured in Nylon Japan's June issue!! (on page 68)

What I love about this feature is that it's a bit different then other features I had so far!
They created 4 new looks inspired by my "girly romantic" style, featuring my original outfits plus the re-created look on a Model!

At cafe Wien

Wearing my new Threadsence Sheer Fluttery Top 
(Just arrived in the mail today!)

Today is crazy!! 

I woke up early to do my bookkeeping (the deadline is uhm in 2 days) and I have no idea what I'm doing! 

Then I almost missed the package (with this top) and literally ran outside following the mail guy! I just barely caught him on time!

Back inside I had to print out my bookkeeping mess only to discover that the print cartridges were empty :S

So while getting ready to step out my laptop all of the sudden dies on me! I re-start it, dies again.. error messages.. by this time I'm almost dying.. I give the Mac a disk-repair after which it keeps failing!! So I ran to the Mac store just thinking about buying a new one with my credit-card and sit on the financial blisters for a month.. went back home to fetch the macbook so I could transfer via firewire my files when buying the new one... 

and guess what? The Mac is working now!! I'm not sure for how long so I seriously think I have set a time record on editing and uploading a blog post! I'm so paranoid right now thinking the Mac will fail again any minute! Crazy...


Oh and wait.. of course I didn't got any bookkeeping done and I'm still without cartridges, haha :)
