On my Way ~ Paris Fashion Week

Good Morninggggg!! Guess where I am?
I'm all packed and on my way to Paris Fashion Week for a super duper short trip! 

I think it's save to say that I just shuffled half my wardrobe in a suitcase non the less haha  *last minute packing*

I'm most exited about shooting street-style so hopefully my schedule will allow it! and hopefully I can get my hands on a box of Ladurée Macarons! (yum yum ~ note the kitchen association in my Paris collage) I will be sharing a Hotel with Cindy, my Paris Fashion Week buddy! so Fun times 4 sure!

OUTFIT: Draped Tulle in Stockholm

Wearing a dress from one of my favorite Australian designers! Lucette always surprises me with their designs like this Draped Tulle dress! I'm just so in love with the colors! I kept the look natural with my silver and mint Zara heels and topshop bag. I really loved the Mint combination so much that I just had to "steal" Carrie's Cambridge Satchel to see how the Mint color of the bag would match the dress.





The dress was the perfect excuse to play dress up in Stockholm, so Me, Carrie, Lisa and Marianna took a break from the many Fashion shows for a long breakfast at the Hotel, a nice easy lunch and a stroll through the old part of the City playing tourist.

We made sure we were back for the evening shows (I really loved Norrback) and a dinner at Museet! We were supposed to go to the Bon Magazine Closing Party but me and Carrie flaked out so guess what.. Lady Gaga was there! why oh why did I flake out haha

Wearing H&M trend knitted Peplum sweater and trousers, Lucette Bag, Zara heels, H&M collar necklace.

Yesterday we managed to take some quick outfit photos in between shows! The weather has been kind of cold so most people strolled around the shows in winter gear already, I was happy I brought some sweaters with me to fight the Scandinavian cold!

The Shows have been pretty good and I'm amazed by the Street Style I have seen so far, what I loved is that I saw a lot of people wearing H&M and Zara but mixed in with brands like Acne and Wang, so making a Stockholm Chic outfit affordable! (Mostly coats, jackets and accessories are designer items while a lot of basics where good old H&M or Zara)

A quick Hello from Stockholm!

A quick Hello from Sweden! 
I'm still settling in a bit since I ended up missing a whole nights of sleep Sunday to Monday! so I wasn't worth very much haha but had a great time anyway getting some dinner with the girls (Carrie from Wish Wish Wish and Mariannan) and going to Videofy.me's Cray Fish party afterwards!

now I'm of for breakfast, Bloggerswardrobe pop-up shop and Fashion Shows!

Stockholm Fashion Week

I'm busy packing for Stockholm Fashion Week! My plane leaves Sunday very early so I have to get to the airport in the middle of the night today but I'm totally exited anyway! Big packing decisions ahead haha Biker boots or dr Martens? or Both? One pair of heels or two? So far my color scheme is Black, dark Green, Navy, light blue, Camel and White, a bit like this Stockholm FW collage! I'm still doubting if I shall bring my Army Jacket too or only my Biker Jacket.. I should instagram my suitcase after my final decision haha

Amsterdam Fashion Week

 

Another Quick hello from Amsterdam Fashion Week! Where I'm crusading against the weather by injecting some flashy color! Luckily for me the Silver biker jacket was capable of doubling as a rain shield! the lovely Joy from Just Like Sushi took this pic! Thanks Joy muah muah muah!

Below is the terrain; the Westergasfabriek, an old factory in typical Dutch red brick with spacious halls of undone concrete making it a perfect Fashion Week setting.



Above all I was happy to practice my street-style-photographing skills on Cindy from COTTDS! I'm very happy with the results and with how I managed the lightning! 



Below a photo I took of Laura from the World Looks Red who is looking delicious in gold! and yes, the black tights really tell us something about the current Dutch weather issues!

The impressive opening show: Claes Iversen. The Danish designer showed us florals and beautiful handcraft in embellishments.
