Hints of pink and coral today wearing my Muubaa Dip Dye jacket and my new Miista Val booties. Less fun was the wind, it just seemed impossible for my hair to stay normal and out of my face! xoxo
I'm in love with Miista's Electromancer collection! I got to see some of the styles of the SS13 collection first hand in Miista's showroom in London and was simply blown away by the Holographic brogues, the beautiful pastel colored organic prints and monotone and dip dye booties! I took the bubblegum pink colored booties home with me right away and am still contemplating over the purple watercolored bootiesand the holographic brogues! The holographic brogues come in a few colors and theiridescent purple (1st image) is just stellar! The rose gold brogue is equally lush but the style has yet to come out in small sizes! xoxo

A few weeks ago I took part in a fun project together with friends and bloggers Alice, Camille and Shini. Fellow east London brands Miista and Muubaa invited us over to the gorgeous Belt Craft Studios in North London where we were asked to style our favorite items for a video shoot! So many Miiiiiistaaas and so many Muubaaaaas, and to combine them, swoon! I had such a great day and I really love how the video turned out! xoxo
Ai, belly exposure thanks to the H&M trend cropped jumper and H&M trend trousers combination.. and seriously I keep my belly to myself most of the time, but yeah.. here you have it...
But this post is not about my belly but about my new Muubaa S/S 2013 Dip Dyed biker jacket!! I iz in lovesssssszzzz!!! The jacket is not in stores yet but I promise I will give a big shout out when it is because the S/S 2013 collection is really really good!! Oh btw-ez I felt so smart wearing my Urban Outfitters glitter socks with the gold MiistaMay boots but that tiny detail goes mostly unnoticed now hahaha xoxo wearing: Muubaa Tehmi Dip Dyed Biker Jacket c/o Muubaa, H&M Trend jumper and Trousers, Urban Outfitters socks, Miista May Boots c/o Zalando
I was asked by my friends over at Miista to brew up another DIY! They really loved the DIY baroque tights and loved to see how I would apply the same idea to another item, uhm yes, one that didn't take 16 hours to make haha. So I went for a Baseball Cap.The Baseball Cap ended up being a far easier DIY, I think I finished it within a hour! I did take another approach making it so I made a separate tutorial. I loved that the cap came out having a bit of that 90s flavor! I have been wearing it non-stop ;) xoxo
Me and Alice combined forces last week in London for a fun little project, we were asked by MIISTA to brew up a DIY for the MIISTA blog (one that wouldn't take a million hours and bleeding fingers) and how could we say no? Especially since no bleeding fingers would be involved and we just love to Brew, although no brewing was involved either! We really wanted to pimp up our so necessary Winter Wear, Beanie obsession, anyone else? Do check out THE FULL TUTORIAL and video on MIISTA.com! and do check out my partner in crime Alice Point! xoxo
ps. No COCOROSAS and ALICE POINTS where hurt during the making of this tutorial. All added swag should be handled properly. ALICE POINT went on to live happily ever after, marrying a whole varsity team. COCOROSA eventually got the carpet (this Carpet) to fly.
Me and Alice were on a mission on Westbourne Park Road, London and took some quick outfit photos, really quickly, like in a 5 min timeframe haha, luckily Alice has proofed herself to be an amazing Street Style photographer! As some might already know she's behind the London Street Style posts on the Miista blog which are really really good and inspiring but more about Alice and Miista later as our Mission was successfully completed ;)Anyway I'm wearing Blue again! Kind of like this outfit where I mixed it with black, to roughen up the feathers so to speak! X
Wearing; Zara studded biker Jacket, H&M trend shirt, River Island shorts, Miista May Boots c/o Zalando.
A very casual look while shopping in London! (do you know where I am? a little side-street right near the TopShop) I'm wearing a casual look (and flat shoes) since I anticipated on having to go back with about 10 shopping bags (no Lie!)
Oh, the Twist part in the "Casual with a Twist"; I emphasized this look on having a low silhouette, everything that happens in this look happens far far far below the waist! The length of the coat, the bag, the rolled up trousers, the socks and Miista Studded Rula shoes. Also this kind of silhouette styling gives a "body proportion distortion" that Designers like Marc Jacobs and Phillip Lim love so much! So basically by playing with the "proportion distortion" you create an effortlessly Posh "designer" look wearing H&M only! xoxo
London has been amazing so far! Makes me not want to leave, luckily I have a few more days for all the things I want and need to do (fun stuff ahead!) I bought the jumper this weekend at TopShop (uhm yes, more fluff shedding since it's a Mohair/Angora blend) Today I'm going shopping (again haha) with Alice (come say hi at probably TopShop hahaha) xoxo
Hiiiiii, it's now really early in the morning (I sound awake but trust me I'm not) and I'm all packed and set to go. I will leave the house in a few minutes for.... LONDON! I'm so exited! My last London visit feels like ages ago so I was totally stoked when Miista invited me over for a fun shoe-infused week. Besides visiting Miista I will get to see my English BloggerFriends and of course get to do all the London and Fun related things! It's going to be so good!
I figured this blog post would be a good introduction of my new Miista's (yes, obviously I'm a fan) Burgundy Mia boots, I will be wearing them in London soooooon whoohooo
wearing: 3.1 Phillip Lim silk dress, Asos purse, Miista May Bootsc/o Zalando, Anthropologie Bracelet
I always love a good shade of Blue! and leave it up to Phillip Lim to get a Silk Dress perfectly right!
And before you start protesting the bare legs... The weather has been insanely weird! It has been really warm for October the past few days (temps around 21°C / 70°F) and since I usually don't bother checking the Weather reports in Fall (Why bother it will be cold anyway) I ended up getting some unpleasant surprises a few times wearing a sweater and coat haha So Yesterday I finally did check the Weather!
ps. Thank you Yara from thischicksgotstyle for teaching me to style/curl my hair! Your the best! You should make a hair styling tutorial for dummies! X
